Competing in Retail: How Microsoft Dynamics Partners Can Find an Edge with E-Commerce


This is an exciting time for the online prospects of retail companies.   As I discussed in my last article, e-commerce activity has steadily risen over the last decade, and we are now seeing the convergence of mass acceptance, improved integration to ERP, warehouse, and CRM systems, and exciting new sales trends.
